What is your return policy?
I want you to be thrilled with your headwear. If you need to return an item, please notify me within 3 days of receiving it. The piece must then be returned to me within 14 days of the original receipt date.
What condition must the item be in?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the headpiece must be entirely unworn and in its original, brand-new condition. As agreed, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
How should I package my return?
Items must be returned securely packaged in their original box to prevent any damage in transit. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Once the headpiece is received back at the studio, it will be thoroughly inspected, and your refund or exchange will be processed.

How will my headpiece be delivered?
All headpieces are delivered by Royal Mail in the UK and their trusted accompanying partners worldwide.
Can I track my order?
Tracking is included with every delivery, and I personally monitor this myself from my studio to your door for your peace of mind.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes! As of the 29th August 2025, deliveries to the USA are dispatched using Royal Mail PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid). This gives you total peace of mind that tariffs are covered by the service and are included in the overall cost of delivery.
